I am an HSBC account holder since last 6 years.
I never seen such a Crazy Bank and Bankers in my Life.
When you wana open an Account The So called Relationship
Managers of HSBC Bank shall personally visit Your place as many times as you wish.
And were after me to open an account with them. I was impressed by their services that time which included doing all the paperwork at home. They promised me of similar services everytime.
But, I am sorry to say that all their promises have proved false now.
So On 17 April 2014 I gave following Application

I was Simply Wanted Following
-Close all my Mutual Funds Accounts with HSBC.
-Close all my FD Bank Accounts with HSBC.
-Close all my Saving Bank Accounts with HSBC.
-Return All My Savings with HSBC. From 136 130 788 006
To # 136 039 468 006
Now when I contacted them they said You needs a Fresh Application to close your FD Account No 136 130 796 016 and we will issue you a Demand Draft which would be chargable to you.
After See all this I don't feel like visitng their branch as first of all, it is so far (10 kms from my place). Also, they don't even have a parking facility !!! Moreover, who has the time now-a-days to travel so far and meet arrogant executives ? The Whole customer experience proving to be horrible for me.
I am now determined to close my account with HSBC. I humbly request HSBC to reverse all my Charges and close all my FD SB Accounts and Mutual Funds with them asap. Every Day I am getting Phone Calls from their Customer Care and Asking same Questions again and again But No 1 is Calling Me with Solutions of Closing all mutual funds and Saving Accounts.
Now I decided Following Action Against HSBC Indore.
